Reinforcing the theoretical knowledge has an important place in the education system of the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department.

The majority of the courses from the second year of the education process consists of practical courses. Therefore, the quality of these laboratories plays a significant role in practical courses. SANKO University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation has been designed to meet the needs of all practical courses. There is all the necessary equipment for our students to have practical experience in Electrotherapy, Heat-Light and Hydrotherapy, Manipulative Therapy, Basic Measurement and Evaluation, Basic Exercise Applications, Neurological Rehabilitation, Neurophysiological Approaches, Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, Paediatric Rehabilitation, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Sports Rehabilitation, Work and Occupational Therapy courses. In addition, the laboratory has the required technological equipment in order to make interactive presentations, to show case studies and to discuss the cases. The trainings in the course are explained to our students with the help of our instructors. In this way, our students get the necessary practice experience before moving on to the clinic.
