Associations

The Turkish Nurses Association, the professional organization of nursing professionals, was founded in 1933 by volunteer nurses. The headquarters of the association is in Ankara. Turkish Nurses Association became a member of the International Nursing Council (ICN) in 1949. It has 17 branches actively working in 16 provinces.
