Students who will request for open laboratory use request an appointment from the instructor responsible for the course using SANKO University Vocational Skills Laboratory Use Request and Tracking Form.

After the instructor responsible for the course has the student perform the laboratory application, SANKO University Nursing Department fills out the Open Laboratory Use Form and submits it to the Laboratory responsible.
