The aim of the programme

This programme has been structured to educate researchers who can contribute to the process and production of medical products and devices in the fields of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Medical Biology and Genetics and Molecular Microbiology, who has a good command in the promising fields of science such as materials science, biomedical and biotechnical practices, bioinformatics, tissue engineering, molecular pharmacology, and who can contribute to the development of devices/products that are used for diagnosis and treatment of illnesses.

Those who have a degree in the following programmes can apply to the programme: Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmaceutics, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Nutrition and Dietetics, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Polymer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Bio Engineering, Physics Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

Employment of graduates

Graduates can pursue their academic career at the graduate programmmes of related fields of science as well as having job opportunities at hospitals and other health institutions, universities including departments of Forensic Medicine, Microbiology, Genetics, Hematology, Immunology, Clinical Biochemistry, Toxicology, Microbiology etc., and biomedical companies, research and development centres of medicine companies, Technopoles and technology transfer offices.
